Teach for Romania is a non-governmental organization, which has been recruiting and training valuable people to become teachers in public schools in Romania, starting from the most difficult communities, since 2014. We believe that every child in Romania had the right and can have a quality education, with a teacher that believes in him by his/her side.

In the school year 2021-2022, 118 fellows are part of our program and teach in 94 schools, in 22 counties. We are also glad that, out of our community of 176 alumni, graduates of the program, half of them chose to continue on their paths as teachers in public schools in Romania, developing and innovating their organizational culture. Thus, our entire community of teachers reaches over 20 000 children.
