Running is one of the ways you can stay healthy, fit and strong. I started running after a friend of mine, registered in the 2013 Bucharest International Marathon (BIM) relay race had broken her leg and asked me to run in her place. Without previous training, I succeeded to 10 km. A year later, I participated in the half marathon race from the same event, and my time was 2h: 20”. If you want to run, run! It’s the way to prove you can!
